Shipping & Delivery

What happens after I pay?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which contains your order details. Products that are in stock are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number included. Please allow 1-5 business days for the shipment to arrive at your address.

What if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If your order is not in stock, your order will be placed on backorder. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with an estimate for when we expect to be able to ship your order. At that point, you may decide to wait for your order or request a full refund. We are willing to issue a full refund of your order upon your request. We will ship your order out once the stock arrives, and you will receive the shipment information with the tracking number through email. If you would like to receive a full refund instead, we would gladly return the full payment to you within 24 hours in the same method as the payment method used at checkout.

How do I know the stock availability?
Most of the products we list are in stock and ready to ship. However, as with all online retailers, the stock status could change every second. It is best to ask us about it.

Can I install the products on my own?
We are dedicated to serve customers with quality products that provide ease and convenience. All products that you see on AutoEQ are easy to install, and you can definitely install yourself. Plus, all products come with installation instructions, so you are good to go!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.

How do I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?
You do not need to register for a PayPal account in order to make a payment via PayPal. You can still pay with all major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard through PayPal. Simply choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card", and fill out your credit card information using the PayPal checkout system. Your credit card information will be secured by PayPal.

Are all prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices shown on AutoEQ.ca are in Canadian dollars.



Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Canada and United States. Products will be shipped out from one of our warehouses in Canada or the United States. The warehouse used varies for each order based on availability and destination.

How much is the shipping cost?
Free shipping is on every product you see on AutoEQ.ca. We charge $0 for shipping from a small cargo bag to a hugh roof box. There is no limit and restriction at all. Please see Shipping & Delivery Information for more details.

Which shipping company do you use?
We use Fedex Ground, Purolator Ground, UPS Ground, Dicom, Loomis Ground for all orders. For all shipping methods, a tracking number will be provided to you when your order ships. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery Information for more details.

Are there any customs or brokerage fees if my order is shipped from USA?
We have you covered if there are any additional fees. We will reimburse all extra charges to you, regardless of whether it is a brokerage fee or a customs duty fee. We guarantee that our customers pay only the amount they are advertised. You will not be responsible for any other hidden or additional cost. How long will it take to deliver to my home?
Delivery time varies depending on your location. We ship orders every business day, so we guarantee that you will receive your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is usually 1-5 business days for orders across North America, but may vary depending on the product.

Do your products come with warranty?
All products on AutoEQ.ca come with manufacturer warranty from defects in material and workmanship. Please refer to each specific product’s description under "Manufacturer Info" for warranty terms, or visitour Return Terms section for more details. Some products even come with lifetime warranties.

What is the return policy?

I need to do a exchange / returns, what should I do?
