Your order will be processed immediately upon your payment. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Free Shipping applies to all provinces in Canada except Nunavut, Northwest Territories, any fly-in, remote and isolated communities. No minimum or restriction to product size as well. We offer free shipping for all tonneau covers, side step bars, fender flares, seat covers, and even the huge roof boxes too. Wherever you see the “Free Shipping” sign on the product page, that product is covered with Canada-wide free shipping.

Multiple Warehouses Across Canada

We have multiple warehouses and distribution centers located in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Your order may be shipped out from any one of our warehouses according to stock availability and your destination. You can expect to receive the product in a timely manner whether you are from Eastern or Western Canada. More distribution centers are also set to kick in in the near future.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is 1-5 business days to all provinces in most cases:

1-2 business days within Ontario and Quebec;
1-3 business days within Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan;
3-5 business days for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and all other provinces.

* May take extra business days to remote areas depending the shipping courier policy.

Through our vast network of warehouses and distribution centers, orders are shipped out every business day and will arrive as fast as possible. All of our orders do include tracking numbers. Once you receive the tracking number, you may find the estimated delivery date at the shipping courier website using the tracking number provided to you.

Please note that there will be additional processing time for all special orders that are made to order. We will let you know the processing time for any orders that requires more than 2 business days before shipping. You will have choices to either wait for it, or cancel your order.

Tracking numbers are included for every order on You can check the shipment status on the shipping courier website at any time. Tracking numbers will be sent out to you once your order has been shipped. If the tracking number is not working, please allow a few hours for it to be updated on the shipping courier website.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is no longer available after we offer free shipping to every product on our website. This is certainly a good news to our customers and there is no need to pick up in person anymore. We offer free delivery directly to your address safely with courier and you can just sit back and enjoy our free same day shipping across Canada. 



USA Customers:

Through our vast network of warehouses and distribution centers, we can also fulfill your order from USA and directly ship the product to you from our distribution centers in USA. You can expect to receive products in 1-5 business days within 48 contiguous States with tracking numbers. Everything is delivered within USA so there will be no customs, brokerage, or other related import fees.
