AutoEQ.ca gladly accepts returns within 60 days of the delivery date with a full refund. Once your order is delivered, you will have 60 days to decide whether or not to make a return. Please note that all returns must be unused/uninstalled, in brand new condition, and reside in original packaging. A re-stocking fee will apply for a product returned in an unsellable condition and will be determined after an inspection or at our discretion. Customers will also be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we have received the returned product and completed an inspection of the product’s condition, a refund will be issued in the same payment method as your original purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement if you paid by credit card. No returns on open box products and special orders that are made to order.

Once a warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, the credited amount will be applied directly to the cost of the replacement item. The customer will not receive a refund but will receive a replacement product up to the value of the original purchase. Please note: If the manufacturer denies the claim, the seller is not obligated to provide a replacement. Any damage resulting from misuse or improper installation is not covered under this warranty.
