Westin's Commercial Grade HD Headache Rack protects the truck's rear window and its angled louvers provide shade to the interior. It features a 2" round upper body tube for easy adjusting of cargo, and includes 4 welded light tabs for the mounting of a Westin LED Light Bar or a combination of post mounted Auxiliary and Work Utility LED Lights. A crossover tool box up to 70” wide can be easily mounted over the rack's bed rail mounting brackets. A separate mount kit is available to accommodate boxes larger than 70” wide. The mounting brackets feature a laser-cut Westin logo and have a 4-bolt support for a secure fit. Mounting kit and hardware are included. The HD Headache Rack can be used in conjunction with Westin's HD Ladder Rack.

Return Policy Free returns for 60 days if the product is unused in original packaging.
In other situations, if you decide you do not want the product you have purchased and it has not been installed and is still in the original packaging, you have the option to return the product at your expense.
All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Items not received in a ready-to-sell condition will incur up to 20% restocking fee. (The 20% re-stocking fee only applies for damaged or without original packaging returned products.)
Refund or exchange will be issued after we receive the returning item. All refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Please note, there are no returns for all special orders, customized seat covers, and any products that are made to order.
Warranty Terms Westin Automotive Products, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser a lifetime warranty for stainless steel bars and 3-year warranty for black powder coated bars against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use excluding damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications or product neglect. This lifetime warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Westin products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise, along with the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, fire, vandalism or any form of abuse.
Westin reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty issue.
