Installing our Floor Mats are that easy! Once you receive our Mats we recommend, for them to be heated prior to installation (so let them sit in the sun, so it can straighten correctly) once that's done, make sure the surface of your vehicle's floor is clean, place the mat in and clip them with the factory clips that come with the mats. Free returns for 60 days if the product is unused in original packaging.
In other situations, if you decide you do not want the product you have purchased and it has not been installed and is still in the original packaging, you have the option to return the product at your expense.
All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Items not received in a ready-to-sell condition will incur up to 20% restocking fee. (The 20% re-stocking fee only applies for damaged or without original packaging returned products.)
Refund or exchange will be issued after we receive the returning item. All refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Please note, there are no returns for all special orders, customized seat covers, and any products that are made to order.
All SMARTLINER floor mats and cargo liners carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. SMARTLINER guarantees this warranty to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable. This Warranty Guarantees that the product will not break, tear or deform under normal usage during the life of the original vehicle of installation.
SMARTLINER will provide Warranty Service to all SMARTLINER floor mat and cargo liner products that break or tear due to manufacturer defects. Intentional damage or damage caused by an outside force such as an animal chewing on the mat, or the mat being damaged while not installed in the vehicle does not qualify for Warranty consideration.
