Free returns for 60 days if the product is unused in original packaging. 

In other situations, if you decide you do not want the product you have purchased and it has not been installed and is still in the original packaging, you have the option to return the product at your expense. 

All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Items not received in a ready-to-sell condition will incur up to 20% restocking fee. (The 20% re-stocking fee only applies for damaged or without original packaging returned products.)

Refund or exchange will be issued after we receive the returning item. All refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Please note, there are no returns for all special orders, customized seat covers, and any products that are made to order.

All Retrospec skateboards and longboards purchased are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty implies that Retrospec will repair or replace, at our option, any Retrospec skateboard or longboard that experiences damages due to defects in materials, workmanship, or otherwise.

Retrospec reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer defect. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

• 1. Damage caused from normal wear & tear of board including, but not limited to, tail or nose wear due to dragging, damaged caused on impact, chips or cracks, damage caused by extreme temperature changes, damage caused by water, moisture, warping due to heat exposure, elemental damage (snow, rain, submersion in water, fire) are NOT covered.
• 2. Minor symmetry issues, stress cracks, or otherwise that pose no threat to the structural integrity of the board are NOT covered.
• 3. Damage due to user error including, but not limited to, high impact tricks, intentional damage, physical modifications that damage the original condition of the board, grip tape replacement/repair, or any other changes that change the original condition of the board are NOT covered.

Retrospec reserves the right and sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer defect. The stipulations of this warranty are subject to change.

For us to best process your claim, please provide proof of purchase, model of board, riding style, location of damage, detailed photos that indicate damage, and any other supporting documents. Retrospec reserves the right to request additional supporting documents or images to determine whether a board’s damage is covered.
