Manufacturer Platinum Series Return Policy - Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping cost is not refundable. Customer is responsible for returning (and re-sending for exchanges) shipping cost.
- All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Items not received in a ready-to-sell condition will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Refund or exchange will be issued after we receive the returning item. All refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Warranty Terms Platinum Series warrants, to the original purchaser, that the Premium Hard Folding Cover is free from defects in the material and workmanship, Platinum Series may, at its option, either repair or replace products that prove to be defective.
This warranty shall apply for 3 years as long as the Platinum Premium Hard Folding Cover is in the possession of the original purchaser and a proof of purchase is submitted.
The above warranty shall apply only if all of the following conditions are met. NOTE: 1. The original purchase only is covered 2. The cover is on the original owner’s pickup 3. The cover is properly installed 4. The cover has not been modified 5. Consequential damages, including damage to cargo or truck bed is not covered
Platinum Series does not cover blown-off covers. Platinum Series will not warranty a cover that comes off the truck while driving. Consumer responsibility to check clamps before driving.
