Manufacturer Platinum Series Return Policy - Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping cost is not refundable. Customer is responsible for returning (and re-sending for exchanges) shipping cost.
- All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Items not received in a ready-to-sell condition will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Refund or exchange will be issued after we receive the returning item. All refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Warranty Terms Platinum Series warrants, to the original purchaser, that the E-Series Vinyl Folding Cover is free from defects in the material and workmanship, Platinum Series may, at its option, either repair or replace products that prove to be defective.
The above warranty shall apply only if all of the following conditions are met. NOTE: 1. The original purchase only is covered 2. The E-Series Vinyl Folding Cover is on the original owner’s pickup 3. The E-Series Vinyl Folding Cover is properly installed 4. The E-Series Vinyl Folding Cover has not been modified 5. Consequential damages, including damage to cargo or truck bed is not covered
Platinum Series does not cover blown-off covers. Platinum Series will not warranty a E-Series Vinyl Folding Cover that comes off the truck while driving. Consumer responsibility to check clamps before driving.

- Good product for the price
- Seems like a quality, well built product. Installation was fairly easy, but a bit of a pain because of the bed rail track system on my Tundra. The brackets that slide into the bed rail are unnecessarily long, if I were to do it again I would cut them in half instead of having to unbolt the track to get them in. All in all I am happy with the product so far and the transaction with AutoEQ was good and shipping was very fast.
