Return Policy RETURN POLICY:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want the opportunity to make the situation right. You may return or exchange unused items within 60 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused, not previously installed, and in the original packaging. We will thoroughly inspect all items before issuing a credit. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and any RMA numbers with your returns. (RMA# can be obtained through here.) The customer is responsible for all freight costs when returning an item for non-warranty situations. We do not refund the difference of a price if there is a price decrease after the customer has already purchased the product. Prices are subject to change at any time. Your product will be refunded (Depending on the condition of the return, expect the refund total to minus up to 20% restock fee) Also, shipping cost is not refundable. Refund or exchange will be issued after we receive the returning item. All refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Box the item(s) securely and enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Clearly, mark each box with the RMA number you were issued if applicable. You may also list the RMA number in the reference number section of the shipping label.4. When we receive your packages we will thoroughly inspect the returned items to ensure the validity of the return. If you are exchanging items, it is at this time that we will send out your replacement items. For returns please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit (Possibility of minus up to 15% restocking fee due to the condition of the package) to appear on your credit card statement, although the process is usually much quicker.

Warranty Terms Bushwacker, Inc. warrants its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the ORIGINAL consumer against any defects resulting from workmanship or materials. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed, and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to modification/alteration, accident, misuse, improper care or repair, negligence, or the installation of additional attachments. Manufacturer How often can a company claim to be "The Original" and, better yet, substantiate that claim? Flashback to the brand's earliest days in 1967, in a meager garage shop in Portland, Oregon, Jerry Logan sought to solve a real-world problem for off-roaders everywhere. The sport of conquering rugged, often uncharted terrain in otherwise street-legal trucks was on the climb. For many, this meant extensive modifications to their vehicles and, of course, the addition of larger tires. This notion often posed a more significant obstacle to the off-roader than the trail itself. Run those larger tires on any public highway, and you'll stand the risk of receiving a hefty fine. With no real solution readily available, Jerry, an off-road enthusiast himself, set out to develop a simple, bolt-on fix. From this most authentic of grass-roots efforts, the ORIGINAL fender flare was born and, in so doing, Bushwacker's name became synonymous with the product it had pioneered.
