BedRug Classic Bed Liner
Product Description:
This is the most innovative and unique truck bed liner there is. You get the look and comfort of carpet, in an ultra-tough 100% polypropylene (essentially plastic) product. That means not only will it protect your truck bed from impact dings and damage, but it will also stand up to the harshest conditions you can throw at it: from gravel to battery acid, while still protecting your precious cargo and your knees!
Moulded to fit your specific make and model, this liner looks great and fits like a glove. It creates a void-free surface without damaging your truck and allows easy access to factory tie-downs and accessories. Its non-skid surface keeps your cargo in place, and a built-in hinge between the truck bed and tailgate prevents debris from collecting. The BedRug material is fade and UV resistant. Made of foam similar to that used in life jackets, it doesn't absorb water and will not mould or mildew. Water will simply run off the surface, through the zippered perimeter, out the factory drain holes in the truck bed and will dry in as little as 20 minutes. Just clean it with a hose, power washer or vacuum and your BedRug is good as new.

The BedRug installs in approximately 30 minutes using basic hand tools, isopropyl alcohol along with hook and loop install fasteners that are provided with the system. All BedRug systems provide full access to factory tie-downs and two-tier loading systems. In addition, BedRug will accommodate all factory and aftermarket bed accessories such as cargo management systems, bed extenders, tonneau covers or caps. No drilling, no sanding and no damage to the truck bed is necessary.
BedRug systems ship in two separate pieces, (1) Floor/Hinge/Tailgate Section and (1) Bulkhead/Side Walls section. These zip together around the perimeter with a poly-coated zinc alloy zipper which provides installation as one single assembled unit.
Return Policy Free returns for 60 days if the product is unused in original packaging.
In other situations, if you decide you do not want the product you have purchased and it has not been installed and is still in the original packaging, you have the option to return the product at your expense.
All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Items not received in a ready-to-sell condition will incur up to 20% restocking fee. (The 20% re-stocking fee only applies for damaged or without original packaging returned products.)
A refund or exchange will be issued after we receive the returning item. All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Please note, there are no returns for all special orders, customized seat covers, and any products that are made to order.
Warranty Terms Limited Lifetime Warranty
BedRug, Inc., warrants BedRug and VanRug for pickup trucks and vans to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. BedRug bed liners will be warranted for the duration of the vehicle ownership by the original BedRug purchaser. The terms of this warranty may vary from state to state. You may have rights under specific state laws that differ from the terms of this warranty. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty service. Customer modifications and/or improper return packaging of the product may void this warranty. The product should be cleaned before return. For warranty instructions, returns and packaging contact BedRug Inc., Customer Service at 800-462-8435. Labour and shipping are not covered under the terms of this agreement.
Manufacturer BedRug is well known throughout the aftermarket, a name synonymous with high quality and innovation. Located in Old Hickory, Tennessee, BedRug got its start as a manufacturer of TPO foam composites. TPO foams offer a broad range of performance attributes – ranging from softness and flexibility to thermal stability – it is a closed-cell construction, which will not absorb moisture, and is similar to the foam used in life jackets. It can be fabricated into a variety of parts that are suitable for exterior applications. Most importantly, it can be laminated to other substrates – and in BedRug’s case, those additional materials include 100% polypropylene plastic non-woven "carpet" and the TPO composite that creates BedTred.
BedRug is both ISO 9001 and TS 16949 certified.
