We do offer Cash On Delivery option only for local customer located within Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada. After you have placed your order, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery time. We will deliver to your location within GTA at your convenient time and collect cash upon delivery. We can even deliver products to any address within GTA in a hour. This applies to all in-stock products (Markham, ON) and only in office hour (9am-7pm Sunday-Friday).

Shipping fee varies depending on the weight and dimension of the product as well as the distance between our warehouse and shipping destination. Please refer to the shipping calculator in the shopping cart for actual shipping cost for each specific product to your location. The shipping price range is from $10 to $50 for all of our products across Canada. We ensure you will not be overcharged in any way.

- Customs/ Brokerage Fee:
Many are aware that customs or brokerage fees apply when importing from the US. The extra fees ranges from $30 to over $100 depending your product value. Therefore many of the Canadian stay away from products shipping from the US. We understand the frustration to pay extra when it comes to your door and most importantly you don't even how much it would be until it arrives your address.
Therefore, we got you covered in all additional fees if there is any. We handle all fees no matter it is brokerage fee and customs duties, and how expensive the fee is. Under normal circumstances, UPS directly charges the fees on us and you don't need to pay anything when you receive the package. If there is any required fees when the package arrives your door, please pay for the fee first and we will reimburse the full amount back to you. Simply email us a copy of the receipt that shows the toal amount you have paid, and we will issue the full amount refund to you in the same method of payment of your order. We guarantee our customer to pay only the price they know. You are not responsible for all other hidden or additional cost at all. We will take care of it. Remember you are protected by us.
Please note that package will be sent back to us if you refuse to pay, and AutoEQ.ca will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. So please make sure you receive the package and retain the receipt and we will pay you back the customs/ brokerage fee.
