Ordering 

What happens after I paid?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which lists all your order details. For in-stock product, it will be shipped out within 24 hours and you will receive a shipment inforamtion email with tracking number included.
What if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If your order is not in stock, we will let you know the approximate time frame on when it will come in stock again. You can decide to wait for it or request a full refund. We are willing to issue full refund of your order upon your request. We are that fair!
We will ship your order out once the stock comes and you will receive shipment information with tracking number through email. If you want to get full refund instead, we would gladly return the full payment back to you within 24 hours in the same method of payment.
How do I know the stock availability?
Most of the products we list are in stock and ready to ship. However, for any online business, the stock status could change every second. It is best to ask us about it. 
Can I install the products on my own?
We are dedicated to serve customer with quality products with ease and convenience. All products you see on AutoEQ are easy to install and you can definitely install yourself. Plus all products do come with installation instruction so you are good to go!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Cash (for local customer only).
How do I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?
You do not need to register a PayPal account in order to make a payment via PayPal. You can still pay with all major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard through Paypal. Simply choose "Paypal Direct Payment" and fill out your credit card information through the checkout system. All your credit card informations are securely protected by Paypal. 
Are all prices in Canadian dollar?
Yes, all prices shown on AutoEQ.ca are in Canadian dollar.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to everywhere in Canada and United States. Product will be shipped out from our warehouse in Canada or United States. It is our discretion to choose where each product ships out from. It mainly depends on product availability and the destination. Therefore it is possible that your order comes from USA while you are located in Canada and vice versa.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee varies depending on different products and destination. The shipping price ranges from $10 to $50 for all of our products across Canada. Which shipping company do you use?
We use UPS Standard, Canada Post XpressPost, and USPS Priority Mail for all orders. Please refer to shopping cart for specific shipping method for each product. Is there any customs or brokerage fee if my order is shipped from USA?
We got you covered in all additional fees if there is any. We will reimburse all extra fees to you no matter it is brokerage fee and customs duties, and how expensive the fee is. We guarantee our customer to pay only the amount they know. You are not responsible for all other hidden or additional cost at all. How long will it take to deliver to my home?
Delivery time varies depending your location. We ship orders every business day so we guarantee you will get the product as fast as possible. The delivery time frame is from 1 business day to 5 business days to anywhere in North America. For cash on delivery order, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery time.
